After final delivery of customized software we provide a 30-day support period to help with questions, issues and clarifications related to the customization. After this period, additional support is available for an extra charge.

Scope & change requests
We work to the agreed scope and specification. Change requests made after the initial agreement may affect timelines, cost and future-update compatibility, so we recommend finalising the scope before the project begins.
