Refund Policy

Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with what you buy from us. If a product is faulty or not as described, please open a support ticket on Telegram at @ScriptCasinoOfficial with a description and a screenshot of the issue, and our team will help as soon as possible.

Digital products

Because our products are digital source-code packages, all sales are generally final. A refund will only be considered where the product is completely non-functional or materially not as demonstrated, you have opened a support ticket and received no response within 48 hours (two business days), and you have not yet downloaded the product.

Refunds are not available when

  • The product works correctly but the features are not what you expected.
  • Your requirements changed and you no longer need the script.
  • You found another product you prefer.
  • You no longer want a website or service.
  • Your server environment cannot run the product.
  • You have already downloaded the product.

Please also note

  • Refunds, where granted, may take up to 45 days to process depending on the payment method.
  • A processing fee may be deducted from approved refunds.
  • You can cancel your account at any time; cancellations are not refundable.
  • When you request a refund you will lose access to the product.
  • Downloaded items are not eligible for a refund.
